Payment Faliure
I led the design of an in-app “subscription paused” experience to help users quickly understand and resolve payment issues without disrupting their reading journey. The solution combined clear messaging, stronger visual hierarchy, and focused CTAs to guide users towards updating their payment details while maintaining a calm, supportive tone. Working closely with product and engineering teams, I designed the experience to feel seamless within the FT app and aligned with the brand’s premium, user-focused design approach.
